To provide you with additional peace of mind, we also offer a comprehensive 30 Day Returns guarantee for orders which did not personalized and the products which in bad quality or damage in the process of shipping. 1. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact our Customer Care team within one hour of placing it by clicking [CANCEL MY ORDER]. Please note, cancellations cannot be processed once the order is shipped.
2. Order Returns
We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused wigs within 30 days of receipt.

2.1.Return Acceptable

For a return or exchange, the wig must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming).
Wigs being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used wigs for return.We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

2.1.1.Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.

2.1.2.Washed, worn, used or misused items.

2.1.3.Custom or made-to-order items  can only be returned or exchanged if only it is defective or incorrect item.

2.1.4.If the personalization information you left is wrong, we will not return or replace the items, please check the personalization information consciously when placing an order.

2.1.5.Please note:Because our goods are handmade customized, if you change your purchase intention, please be sure to contact us within 24H after placing an order to change the goods or cancel the order, if beyond that time, and is not the quality of the goods itself, the customer insists on returning the goods, then you must bear the cost of the goods price of 1 ½ of the cost and the corresponding return shipping costs.

2.2.To initiate a return:



1. Contact Customer Care

Initiate the return within 30 days, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.

2. Receive Return Address

The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.

3. Process Refund

Refunds processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s). [NEED TO RETURN]

3. Order Exchanges

For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.

Once we receive your returned item, we process the exchange, shipping the new item within 3 business days. [NEED TO EXCHANGE]
