Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

After placing an order, it typically takes 3~5 business day to process your shipment. If there are issues with your shipping information, we will contact you within 24 hours.

 

②Shipping Time & Cost:

Shipping time and costs may vary due to unexpected factors like adverse weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.

3.Track Order:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding tracking number. You can copy tracking number and search it at the link below. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

4.About Tax:

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.

5.What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at service@sleepts.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund. 

6.Additional Notes:

  • Local logistics deliver on business days (Mon. - Fri.).
  • Ensure your delivery address is accessible on workdays.
  • Keep your phone on, as carriers may contact you.
  • Some services may require a signature for delivery.
  • If you waive the signature service, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the package once it occurs.
  • Costs incurred due to delivery delays, address modifications, cancellations, or returns for personal reasons are borne by the buyer.

7.Shipping Insurance Refund:
